नर्मदा नहर परियोजना

नर्मदा नहर परियोजना गुजरात, मध्यप्रदेश, महाराष्ट, और राजस्थान राज्यो से संबधित है।

 इस योजना से राजस्थान राज्य के जालोर तथा बाडमेर जिलो मे 233 गाँवो की 2.46 लाख हेक्टेयर भुमि पर सिंचाई होगी तथा तीन नगरो - सांचोर, भीनमाल एंव जालौर सहित दोनो जिलो के 1336 गाँवो  को पेयजल मिलेगा।

नर्मदा नहर परियोजना राजस्थान की पहली परियोजना है जिसमे संपुर्ण सिंचाई फव्वारा पद्धति  से होगी 

महत्वपूर्ण :-

• नर्मदा जल विवाद प्राधिकरण द्वारा सरदार सरोवर बाँध (गुजरात) से 532 किमी लंबी नहर निकाली गयी जिसे नर्मदा नहर कहा गया 
• नर्मदा नहर की लंबाई गुजरात मे 458 किमी है तथा राजस्थान मे नर्मदा नहर की लंबाई 74 किमी है
• नर्मदा नहर राजस्थान के जालोर जिले की सांचौर तहसील के सीलू गाँव से प्रवेश करती है 
• लालपुर हैड पर नर्मदेश्वर घाट बनाया गया है 
• नर्मदा नहर का जल 27 मार्च 2008 को राजस्थान मे प्रवाहित किया गया 

नर्मदा नहर परियोजना मे तीन लिप्ट नहरे है जो कि नहर के दायीं ओर स्थित है -

1. सांचोर लिप्ट नहर
2. भादरेडा लिप्ट नहर
3. पनोरिया लिप्ट नहर

नर्मदा नहर परियोजना मे नो वितरिकाये है जो कि नहर के बायीं ओर स्थित है-

1. बांक वितरिका
2. जैसला वितरिका
3. बालेरा वितरिका
4. ईसरोल वितरिका
5. रतोडा वितरिका
6. केरिया वितरिका
7. गांधव वितरिका
8. मोनकी वितरिका
9. भीमगौडा वितरिका

The Narmada Canal Project

• The Narmada Canal Project is related to the states of Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Rajasthan.

•  With this scheme, 2.46 lakh hectares of land will be irrigated in 233 villages of Jalore and Barmer districts of Rajasthan state and 1336 villages of both the districts including three cities – Sanchore, Bhinmal and Jalore will get drinking water.

• Narmada Canal Project is the first project of Rajasthan in which complete irrigation will be done through fountain system.

Important :-

• Narmada Water Disputes Authority took out 532 km long canal from Sardar Sarovar Dam (Gujarat) which was called Narmada Canal.

• The length of the Narmada canal in Gujarat is 458 km and the length of the Narmada canal in Rajasthan is 74 km.

• Narmada canal enters from village Seelu in Sanchore tehsil of Jalore district of Rajasthan.

• Narmadeshwar Ghat has been built at Lalpur Head.

• Narmada canal water was flown in Rajasthan on 27 March 2008

There are three lipped canals in the Narmada Canal Project, which are located on the right side of the canal -

1. Sanchore Lipt Canal
2. Bhadrada Lipt Canal
3. Panoria Lipt Canal

There are Nine distributors in the Narmada canal project, which is located on the left side of the canal-
