कृषि विकास के नवीनतम प्रयास
सावित्री बाई फुले महिला कृषक सशक्तिकरण योजना
इस योजना के माध्यम से 50 हजार रूपए से अधिक का ई-भुगतान प्राप्त करने पर 1000 रुपए की प्रोत्साहन राशि सीधे महिलाओं के बैंक खाते में जमा की जाएगी। डिजिटल लेनदेन को प्रोत्साहन देने के लिए कृषि उपज विक्रय ईभुगतान प्रोत्साहन योजना लागू की जाएगी।
महात्मा ज्योतिबा फूले श्रमिक कल्याण योजना
इस योजना के तहत अनुज्ञापत्रधारी हमाल एवं पल्लेदारों की पुत्रियों के विवाह हेतु सहायता राशि 20,000 रुपए से बढ़ाकर 50,000 रुपए की गई है।
मुख्यमंत्री काश्तकार विदेशी प्रशिक्षण यात्रा योजना
- आधुनिक खेती एवं विपणन की जानकारी के लिए प्रारम्भ की जाएगी। इस योजना में प्रदेश के 125 प्रगतिशील किसानों के 5 दल बनाकर विदेश में प्रशिक्षण हेतु भेजा जाएगा।
- कृषि उपज मंडी समिति मदनगंज किशनगढ़ में दलहन विशिष्ट मण्डी बनाए जाने की घोषणा की गई है।
प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा योजना
राष्ट्रीय कृषि बीमा योजना (NAIS) और संशोधित कृषि बीमा योजना (MNAIS) को रबी 2015-16 के बाद बंद कर उनके स्थान पर वर्ष 2016-17 से किसानों को अधिक सुरक्षा देने के लिए अब खरीफ 2016 से प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा योजना (पीएमएफबीवाई) शुरू की गई है।
प्लान्टेशन क्रॉप फैक्ट्री
जयपुर जिले के ग्राम बस्सी में जैतून की पत्ती से चाय बनाने की फैक्ट्री स्थापित की गई है। राष्ट्र में प्रथम बार राजस्थान ने जैतून को प्लान्टेशन क्रॉप अधिसूचित किया गया है।
रोजगार अवसर
- कृषि, बागवानी एवं पशुपालन में रोजगार के अवसर की संभावनाओं के मद्देनजर हर जिले में Knowledge Integrated Skill Modules for Agriculture, Horticulture, Animal Husbandry Training (Kismat) लागू की जाएगी।
- कृषि एवं इससे सम्बन्धित गतिविधियों के प्रशिक्षण के लिए प्रत्येक कृषि विज्ञान केन्द्र में ग्राम पंचायत के लिए पण्डित दीनदयाल उपाध्याय कौशल केन्द्र निर्माण एवं संचालन योजना।
- 11 जिलों में जैविक खेती के लिए विशेष योजना प्रारम्भ की जाएगी।
- झालावाड़ के फोरेस्ट ट्रेनिंग इंस्टीट्यूट में जैविक खेती के लिए सेंटर ऑफ एक्सीलेंस की स्थापना की जाएगी।
- प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा योजना के वेबपोर्टल का 24 अक्टूबर, 2016 को जयपुर में लोर्कापण कर राजस्थान देश का दूसरा राज्य हो गया है। कृषि सुधारों के लिए नीति आयोग द्वारा जारी Agricultural Marketing and Farmer Friendly Reforms Index' में राजस्थान का देश में तीसरा स्थान है।
- राज्य को गेहूँ के सर्वाधिक उत्पादन के लिए कृषि कर्मण अवार्ड दिया गया।
- कृषि में निवेश हेतु राजस्थान कृषि प्रसंस्करण एवं कृषि विपणन प्रोत्साहन नीति, 2015 जारी।
एग्रो ट्रेड टावर
- प्रदेश में शीघ्र ही सुनहरी क्रांति (शहद) आरम्भ होगी। श्रीगंगानगर, कोटा एवं खैरथल मण्डी समितियों में बहुउद्देशीय एग्रो ट्रेड टावर की स्थापना की जा रही है।
- (श्रीगंगानगर) में व जीरा विशिष्ट मंडी बाड़मेर में स्थापित होगी।
राज्य में तीन उत्कृष्टता केन्द्र क्रमश:
- संतरा-झालावाड़,
- अमरूद-टोंक
- आम-धौलपुर में स्वीकृत।
प्राकृतिक एवं कृषि से उत्पन्न होने वाली आयुर्वेद औषधियों के संरक्षण, संवर्धन एवं विपणन हेतु राज्य कृषि विपणन बोर्ड द्वारा उदयपुर को हर्बल मंडी घोषित किया गया।
घर की छत पर ही जैविक सब्जियाँ उत्पादित करने के लिए 27 अप्रैल, 2016 को शहरी सब्जी प्रोत्साहन कार्यक्रम शुरू किया गया। इस कार्यक्रम के तहत शहरी क्षेत्र में 50% अनुदान प्रदान किया जाएगा। यह कार्यक्रम राज्य के जयपुर, कोटा, उदयपुर, सीकर और अलवर में संचालित किया जाएगा।
'जय जवान जय किसान' सप्ताह समारोह
23 से 29 दिसम्बर, 2015 तक राजस्थान सरकार द्वारा 'जय जवान जय किसान' सप्ताह समारोह आयोजित किया गया।
ग्लोबल राजस्थान एग्रीटेक मीट (ग्राम) 2016
- 'उन्नत किसान और खुशहाल राजस्थान का सपना पूरा करने तथा किसानों की आय वर्ष 2022 तक दोगुनी कर कृषि क्षेत्र को नई ऊँचाइयों तक पहुँचाने की दिशा में अग्रसर होने के उद्देश्य से राज्य में पहली बार 'ग्लोबल राजस्थान एग्रीटेक मीट' (ग्राम-GRAM) का 9 से 11 नवम्बर, 2016 तक जयपुर में कृषि विभाग द्वारा आयोजन किया गया।
- 24 से 26 मई, 2017 को कोटा में तीन दिवसीय ग्लोबल राजस्थान एग्रीटेक मीट (GRAM) का आयोजन किया गया। कृषि यंत्रीकरण का लाभ विशेष रूप से राज्य के लघु एवं सीमान्त कृषकों, जो अपनी सीमित आय के कारण उन्नत एवं महँगे कृषि उपकरणों को क्रय करने में सक्षम नहीं हैं, तक पहुँचाने के उद्देश्य से राज्य सरकार द्वारा राज्य के समस्त विकास खण्डों में (पंचायत समितियों में) कृषि उपकरणों के कस्टम हायरिंग केन्द्रों की स्थापना किया जाना निश्चित किया गया है।

Through this scheme, incentive amount of 1000 rupees will be deposited directly in the bank account of women on receiving e-payment of more than 50 thousand rupees. Agricultural Produce Sales e-payment promotion scheme will be implemented to encourage digital transactions.
Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Workers Welfare Scheme
Under this scheme, the assistance amount for the marriage of daughters of permit holders Hamal and Palledar has been increased from Rs.20,000 to Rs.50,000.
Chief Minister Tenant Foreign Training Travel Scheme
Will be started for information about modern farming and marketing. Under this scheme, 5 teams of 125 progressive farmers of the state will be formed and sent abroad for training.
An announcement has been made to make pulses specific market in Krishi Produce Market Committee, Madanganj, Kishangarh.
Prime Minister Crop Insurance Scheme
Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana (PMFBY) from Kharif 2016 to give more protection to farmers from the year 2016-17 by replacing them with National Agriculture Insurance Scheme (NAIS) and Modified Agriculture Insurance Scheme (MNAIS) after Rabi 2015-16. has been started.
Plantation Crop Factory
- A factory for making tea from olive leaves has been established in village Bassi of Jaipur district. For the first time in the nation, Rajasthan has notified olive plantation crop.

Agro Trade Tower
Soon the golden revolution (honey) will start in the state. Multipurpose agro trade towers are being set up in Sriganganagar, Kota and Khairthal market committees.

Udaipur has been declared a herbal market by the State Agricultural Marketing Board for the protection, promotion and marketing of Ayurvedic medicines originating from natural and agriculture.
Urban Vegetable Promotion Program was launched on 27th April, 2016 to grow organic vegetables on the roof of the house. Under this program 50% grant will be provided in urban area. This program will be conducted in Jaipur, Kota, Udaipur, Sikar and Alwar of the state.
'Jai Jawan Jai Kisan' week celebrations
The 'Jai Jawan Jai Kisan' week celebration was organized by the Government of Rajasthan from 23 to 29 December 2015.
Global Rajasthan Agritech Meet (Gram) 2016
- For the first time in the state 'Global Rajasthan Agritech Meet' (Gram-GRAM) was organized with the aim of fulfilling the dream of 'Unnat Kisan and Khushal Rajasthan' and moving towards taking the agriculture sector to new heights by doubling the farmers' income by the year 2022. Organized by Agriculture Department in Jaipur from 9th to 11th November, 2016.
- A three day Global Rajasthan Agritech Meet (GRAM) was organized at Kota from 24 to 26 May 2017. With the objective of reaching the benefits of agricultural mechanization, especially to the small and marginal farmers of the state, who are not able to purchase advanced and expensive agricultural equipment due to their limited income, the state government has been established by the state government in all the development blocks of the state (Panchayat Committees). It has been decided to set up custom hiring centers for agricultural implements.
